06:30 Hrs: All Rider participants meet for flag-off at Nepal Tourism Board Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. (Collect 1st Card)
07:00 to 07:15 Hrs: Safety briefing, objectives and rules and regulations
07:15 to 07:45 Hrs: Breakfast by (NTBA)
07:45 to 08:00 Hrs: Formal speech by chief guest (NTBA)
Day 2: 13th April 2024
08:00 – 10:30 hrs: Breakfast
11:00 Hrs: Participate in the Charity Ride to support by donating stationary and sports equipment to a Local School of Pokhara (NTA)

- Best Enfield Award – Original Design
- Best Enfield Award – Modified
- Hard Luck Award (for the motorcycle with the most breakdowns)
- Special prize for the most supportive female rider/participant
- Senior Citizens Award
- Longest Distance Rider
Day 3: 14th April 2024
(Note: Riders depart for their own destination but mechanics will be stationed En-route to Kathmandu at Akala Highway Restaurant and Mugling)
